Satsuki Azalea

Rhododendron indicum
Satsuki hybrids
(sats-key)

Satsuki means "fifth moon" of the lunar calendar,
and bloom in May and early June.
To some these varieties extend  the Azalea flower season
to others they unacceptably bloom "out of season".......
