WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 9 AM EST

* LOCATIONS...SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA
  LOCALES AWAY FROM THE IMMEDIATE COAST.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS 22 TO 29 DEGREES INLAND...29 TO 32 NEAR THE
  ALTAMAHA RIVER OF GEORGIA AND CLOSER TO THE COASTLINE.

* TIMING...8 TO 12 HOURS OF FREEZING TEMPERATURES POSSIBLE
  INLAND...4 TO 8 HOURS OF FREEZING TEMPERATURES POSSIBLE CLOSER
  TO THE COAST. COLDEST TEMPERATURES 5 AM TO 8 AM MONDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...FREEZING TEMPERATURES WILL KILL SENSITIVE VEGETATION
  AND DAMAGE UNPROTECTED OUTDOOR PLUMBING.
